suitable for everyday use. All products are brand new and comply with UK &
EU safety standards.
2. Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes! All products come with a 12-month manufacturer’s
warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use.
- Excludes damage caused by misuse, accidents, or modifications.
- To claim a warranty, email team@customvolt.co.uk with your order number and a description of the fault.
3. Can I return a product?
- You have 14 days from delivery to cancel your order (subject to exclusions).
- Products must be unused and in original packaging.
- Faulty products can be repaired, replaced, or refunded under UK/EU consumer law.
4. How do I recycle batteries or appliances?
- Do not throw batteries or electronic products in household waste.
- Return them to local recycling points or retailers that accept WEEE and batteries.

5. How long does delivery take?
- Delivery times vary by location:
- UK: Typically 2–5 business days

6. How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Use it to track your package with the courier.
7. Are your products safe to use?
Yes. Follow the manufacturer instructions for charging, storage, and usage.
- Never expose batteries or power banks to fire, water, or extreme temperatures.
- Do not puncture or disassemble products.
8. Can I use your products abroad?
- Check your device’s voltage compatibility before use.
- Some products may require a plug adapter in other countries.
