1. What products do you sell?

We sell batteries, power banks, and small home appliances
suitable for everyday use. All products are brand new and comply with UK &
EU safety standards.

2. Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes! All products come with a 12-month manufacturer’s
warranty
covering manufacturing defects under normal use.

  • Excludes damage caused by misuse, accidents, or modifications.
  • To claim a warranty, email team@customvolt.co.uk with your order number and a description of the fault.

3. Can I return a product?

  • You have 14 days from delivery to cancel your order (subject to exclusions).
  • Products must be unused and in original packaging.
  • Faulty products can be repaired, replaced, or refunded under UK/EU consumer law.

4. How do I recycle batteries or appliances?

  • Do not throw batteries or electronic products in household waste.
  • Return them to local recycling points or retailers that accept WEEE and batteries.
  • Contact team@customvolt.co.uk if you need guidance.

5. How long does delivery take?

  • Delivery times vary by location:
  • UK: Typically 2–5 business days
  • EU: Typically 5–10 business days

6. How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Use it to track your package with the courier.

7. Are your products safe to use?

Yes. Follow the manufacturer instructions for charging, storage, and usage.

  • Never expose batteries or power banks to fire, water, or extreme temperatures.
  • Do not puncture or disassemble products.

8. Can I use your products abroad?

  • Check your device’s voltage compatibility before use.
  • Some products may require a plug adapter in other countries.
